Sacred Pause is a gentle, community-centered experience where parents can take a moment to breathe, reflect, and reset—while children enjoy a nearby creative art space.
We understand that finding time for yourself isn’t always easy. This experience was created with intention to support mamas, daddies, and families, offering space for you to pause without needing to find childcare.
Through guided breathwork, light reflection, and grounding practices, you’ll be invited to release stress, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself—while your little ones stay engaged in a calm, creative environment.
