Restore • Reset • Rebalance
Step away from the noise of everyday life and gift yourself the space to slow down, soften, and reconnect.
This 5-week Yin Breathwork Journey is a nurturing series designed to support nervous system regulation, deep restoration, and inner balance.
Across five weekly 2-hour sessions, you will be guided through gentle Yin Breathwork practices, with selected sessions also incorporating Sound Healing to deepen relaxation and support emotional release.
In a world that asks so much of us, this is an opportunity to pause, let go of responsibilities for a while, and return home to yourself.
What is Yin Breathwork?
Yin Breathwork is a gentle and restorative healing practice that uses conscious connected breathing to invite deep relaxation, self-awareness, and expanded states of consciousness.
Unlike more forceful or intense breathwork styles, Yin Breathwork is about surrendering to the natural rhythm of the breath.
Perhaps you've seen videos online of people experiencing intense breathwork sessions and thought, "That looks overwhelming—not for me." Yin Breathwork offers another way—a softer approach that allows the nervous system to pause, recover, and rest.
When the body feels safe, the mind feels safe.
From this place of safety, we can gently access old emotions, memories, and energetic patterns that may have been stored in the body. This creates space for healing, clarity, and reconnection with who we truly are beneath old stories and conditioning.

Breath & Sound Healing
Throughout these journey’s, breathwork is beautifully complemented by the healing vibrations of sound.
Using crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, medicine drum, gong, rav drum, rattle, flute, and channeled vocals, Ashley creates a deeply nurturing space where breath and sound weave together to restore balance within body, mind, and spirit.
