SACRED PAUSE5RHYTHMS END-OF-YEAR WORKSHOP IN AARHUS 2026
In the darkest time of the year we are invited to go deep within. Just like nature is resting, drawing its power inwards and slowing down, our human nature wants to follow this natural flow of energy.
However this can be a challenge for many of us. Partly society and our culture are asking us to show up, keep doing, keep moving at the same pace, partly our body and mind have forgotten how to navigate from the soft animal in us that knows how to trust, follow and flow with ease.
Sacred Pause is an invitation to open to the deep flow of life, not always outgoing, not fully visible and expressed, but powerful beyond messure. It is the base from which our lives are unfolding, our sacred ground to be nourished, cherished and trusted.
Through the 5Rhythms® movement meditation practice we will move and explore how our body relates to the sacredness of its nature, and what more we can allow and trust.
The SACRED PAUSE will take us into the new cycle of nature and the new year with warm feet, open eyes and a beating heart.
