☀️SACRED JOURNEY – SESSION 7 ☀️SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA JOURNEY
🔥 The Temple of Personal Power 🔥
CONFIDENCE • WILLPOWER • COURAGE • PURPOSE • EMPOWERMENT
It’s time to remember the power that already lives within you.
Join us at Healing Hands Holistic for Session 7 of our Sacred Journey Meditation & Sound Bath Series as we awaken the Solar Plexus Chakra—the energetic center associated with confidence, personal power, courage, self-trust, boundaries, and purposeful action.
During this guided spiritual journey, we will travel through a golden landscape to the Temple of Personal Power, where you’ll be invited to release the weight of self-doubt, fear of failure, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and the need for outside approval.
🔥 RECLAIM YOUR POWER
Through meditation and visualization, you’ll call your energy back to yourself and reconnect with your Inner Leader—the part of you that knows how to choose, act, speak, create boundaries, and move forward even when the entire path isn’t yet visible.
This journey is about remembering:
✨ You are capable.
✨ You are worthy.
✨ Your voice matters.
✨ Your boundaries matter.
✨ You don’t need permission to honor your truth.
✨ You can be powerful without controlling others.
✨ You can be confident without proving yourself.
🎶 SOUND BATH + GROUP HEALING
Following our meditation, we’ll move into an immersive sound bath and group healing experience, allowing the vibrations to support relaxation, integration, and connection with the golden fire of the Solar Plexus.
Together, we’ll create a space to release what has kept us small and strengthen the qualities we’re ready to embody.
💛 You are not searching for your power.
You are remembering that it has always been within you.
