A contemplation ritual to the inside of the body, to silence the mind through a journey through tea, movement inspired in the five Platonic solids and sound. Use the Platonic solids as blueprints of creation itself, each one a gateway to an element: earth, water, fire, air, and ether.
Sacred Geometry in Motion is an invitation to explore these forms not with the mind, but with the body.

We will open the space sharing the medicine of the word, then diving into silence with tea. Then, we’ll move through each element in sequence: grounding into earth, flowing through water, igniting fire, opening into air, and dissolving into ether; using breath, movement, and stillness as our tools.
No prior experience is needed, just an open heart and empty mind.
Just a willingness to show up and feel. We'll close the journey together in a sound journey to let the messages flow into our body.
This is an offering from Ro Quetzalcoatl, a movement facilitator working across yin yoga, vinyasa, jazz and swing dance, and embodiment practices. What to expect: gentle guided movement, breathwork, time for stillness and reflection, tea, and a sound journey to close.
Who it's for: anyone curious about moving differently, connecting with others, and exploring the body as a place of remembering.
What to bring: comfortable clothes to move in, a journal if you like to reflect, and an open heart.
