Are you carrying mental exhaustion, emotional heaviness or physical tension? Do you feel like your mind is constantly busy, your body is holding stress, or your energy simply needs a reset?
Join us for a beautiful, two-hour immersive healing experience where two experienced healers come together to create a sacred space for relaxation, emotional release and energetic renewal.
Through a combination of Reiki, shamanic healing, therapeutic sound, breathwork and guided meditation, we will gently guide you on a journey inward, allowing you to slow down, reconnect with yourself and experience the power of healing through sound, breath and energy.
This is more than a sound bath. It is a multisensory healing experience designed to nurture your mind, body and spirit.💜
💜 Your Two-Hour Healing Journey
Your experience will unfold naturally, allowing you to move from the busyness of everyday life into a state of deep relaxation.
We will begin with grounding, gentle breathwork and guided meditation to help you settle into the space and become present.
As you relax, we will introduce the beautiful sounds and vibrations of tuning forks, singing bowls and the handpan drum. Throughout the experience, both healers will incorporate Reiki and shamanic healing, creating a layered and deeply nurturing experience.
We will finish with a gentle grounding meditation, giving you time to integrate your experience before returning to your day.
Every healing journey is unique. You may experience deep relaxation, emotional release, a sense of lightness or simply the opportunity to rest and be present.
There is nothing you need to do, achieve or experience in any particular way. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to receive.

This gathering is for anyone who feels called to slow down, nurture themselves and explore healing in a supportive environment.
Whether you are new to energy healing or have experienced Reiki, breathwork or sound healing before, you are welcome.
No previous experience is necessary.
## 🌸 What to Bring
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow so you can relax comfortably during the session. You may also wish to bring water and a journal to record any thoughts or insights afterward.
Chairs can be made available for anyone who prefers not to lie on the floor.
Our breathwork will be gentle and relaxation-focused. All practices are optional, and you are welcome to rest or adjust your participation at any time.
Spaces are limited to keep this experience intimate and allow both healers to give personal attention to each participant.

The Journey
The journey is different for all of us, in the details but not in the meaning behind the journey its self. Its a journey of self discovery, because without discovering the self, you cannot understand the universe. We are the matrix , we are all things, in all times and all places. We are the universe or consciousness experiencing its self. Shakespeare once said “All the world’s a stage, and all the men and women merely player’s”. As it moves us through worldly experiences from a human perspective, emotional and psychological. We grow, we change, we gain wisdom and knowledge, then we start to awaken to who we are and why we are here. We ascend to a higher level of consciousness! Yeshua, Krishna, Buddha, all of them Ascended Masters! Teachers of the wisdom and knowledge that we are all “God” experiencing his own creation, and we have the power to control the experience its self because as above, so bellow. Whatever “it” is, we are “it”, experiencing its self! We are all equal in every way except for “the details” of our time here. The path or journey we are on in this time, space, and dimension.
I am going to share my journey up till now with you so you can have an understanding of who I am, where my knowledge comes from, and what I have chosen to do here and now.
I have always been “different” in how I see things and what I believe to be real, or the truth. The things that I have thought of as lies and truths since I was very young went from being never talked about or conspiracy theories to mainstream and being proven, talked about or a trend in current times. Being able to tell all about someone I had never met before, what kind of person they where, the frequency of their energy, the colour and shape of their aura. In my teens the universe introduced me to a Wiccan High Priestess who took me under her wing a brought me to the level of High Priest in the span of 4 years. I also wanted to understand the human condition so I started to study psychology and philosophy. Needing more I again was introduced to a Mohawk Shaman and spent 5 years with him learning his wisdom and knowledge and sharing my own with him. Using what I had learned, I began to embark on a personal journey through the dark night of the soul! Always remembering the wise words of an old Shaman “you cannot heal others if you cannot heal yourself first! After some time had passed I felt a need to understand more in depth, aspects of things I already knew and understood so through a friend I was accepted into The Order of The Golden Dawn and ascended to the status of Ceremonial Magician. Founded in 1888, it was a magical secret society focused on the study and practice of the Occult, Kabbalah, Rosicrucianism, and Ceremonial Magic. In early 2000s I went back to my Wiccan roots and lived at the Wiccan Church of Canada for 6 years as Priesthood, teacher, and counsellor. While there I had the opportunity to share and gain knowledge and wisdom with many different Shamans, Gurus, Priests, Healers, and Spiritualists from all over the world, from many different faiths, and traditions. Taking a year off to go on sabbatical, I lived with Buddhist Monks in there temple to truly understand the philosophy of Buddhism and their way of living life. When we pay attention and open our hearts and minds we start to realize that the world and life are our greatest teachers. There is always a lesson in everything, nothing happens to me, it happens for me. It’s not look at what you did to me, but why did I do that to myself. Perspective creates reality!
Now in my 60s, I am using my knowledge and abilities to guide and heal others here on their journey. I use Runes as my tool for psychic readings, I use various different techniques for my energy healings, and my knowledge of shamanism to heal the body mind and soul. Sometimes during my sessions, past loved ones or guides may choose to speak through me to share their thoughts and guidance with you! My goal is to put you in your own power, to teach you so you can heal yourself and grow, evolve, ascend, and awaken to your true higher self!

Tammy Patterson
I’m Tammy Patterson, a natural healer, intuitive and Reiki Master. My work combines energy healing, crystals, sound and vibration, BioSonic tuning forks, breathwork, intuitive guidance, my spiritual guides and connection with my higher self.
My intention is to create a safe, peaceful space where you can release what no longer serves you, reconnect with yourself, raise your vibration and consciousness, receive guidance and find greater clarity and peace.
My own spiritual journey began almost by “accident.”
I thought I was signing up for a meditation class. Instead, I found myself in a spiritual development class—with a meditation at the end! Looking back, I don't believe it was an accident at all. I had simply found myself exactly where I was meant to be.
That class opened a door for me. It sparked my love of crystals, awakened my passion for energy healing and helped me discover the joy I find in intuitive and psychic readings.
One experience led to another. I continued learning, exploring and trusting where I was being guided. What once seemed like a series of coincidences slowly revealed itself as a path.
And that path has brought me here.
Today, I have the privilege of doing work that I truly love—helping others heal, find answers, reconnect with themselves and explore their own spiritual journey.
One of the greatest lessons my journey has taught me is to trust the flow. Sometimes the unexpected turns in life aren't taking us away from where we're supposed to be. They may be leading us directly toward it.
I truly believe that when we listen, trust and allow ourselves to follow the flow, we can find our way to exactly where we are meant to be.
