Sacred cacao ceremony with Sufi movement meditation, mantra & soulful sound bath

This Sunday afternoon mini retreat is packed full from our first opening prayer to ending with a beautiful sound bath. Sally and I offer a warm and welcoming sacred space in which to explore the energy of the heart. We invite you into your own connection to self and to release what you’ve out grown and what no longer serves you. Through meditation with sacred cacao, mantra and Sufi we aim to bring healing and heart opening energy so you have space, capacity and peace for love to flow to and through you. Sally and I have been space holders for many years and offer a safe space for you to be in.
Sally blends rose into her cacao to create a warm, nourishing and delicious drink.
All that we do is with love and intention so you can get the most out of this workshop.
Groups will be small which is why this very popular workshop is running twice in one day
Tickets available below but if you want to avoid eventbrite fees you can pay me directly £40 per person
