Next part is a playful somatic movement practice that brings the journey of a planted intention to life, awakening the body and visualization. We will close with an immersive guided meditation, inviting you to experience your own sacred blossoming through imagery and sensation - growing from a seed, expanding into light, blossoming with gratitude, and fruiting with Love. Irina Sansum is a heart-centered energy healing practitioner devoted to individual and collective healing. A Master Teacher level Reiki practitioner, she weaves together Universal life force energy, Earth-based grounding, intuition, and spiritual allies’ guidance.
