Month 2 of 7. We move up to the sacral chakra, just below the navel.The sacral chakra is tied to pleasure, desire, creativity, emotion, and boundaries. Common wounds here: being shamed for your feelings or your body, sexual trauma, growing up around control, or learning that wanting things was selfish.
This is a 120 minute session. For the first 60 minutes, you’ll learn about the sacral chakra, feel it in your own body, and start working with it. This builds trust between you and your body. You’ll learn how to do shadow work in this chakra and a new way to process through it. The second hour is hands-on work with a real wound in your sacral.
