Sac Town Hoedown 2026
September 25–27, 2026 | Roseville, California
California’s fastest-growing country dance weekend is back! Join us for three unforgettable days packed with dancing, workshops, competitions, live music, community, and plenty of opportunities to make new dance friends.
Whether this is your first dance event, you’re coming to social dance all weekend, you’re stepping onto the competition floor, or you’ve been part of the country dance community for years, Sac Town Hoedown is designed to have something for everyone.
Throughout the weekend, you can expect workshops from nationally recognized instructors and local favorites covering Line Dance, Country Swing, Two-Step, and new this year, West Coast Swing. Put what you learn to use during social dancing throughout the weekend, or take the next step and compete in our NCDC-sanctioned competitions for custom buckles, prizes, and more.
Saturday brings even more to the Hoedown with our outdoor Fall Festival, featuring artisan vendors, food, shopping, dancing, and live music from The North Forty.
But Sac Town Hoedown is about more than what happens on the dance floor. Community comes first. At the end of the weekend, we want you to leave remembering the people you met, the friendships you made, and the moments that reminded you why you love to dance.
This year, we’re introducing even more ways to bring our dance community together, including Heart of the Hoedown Awards recognizing dancers who make others feel welcome, Dance Fam Bracelets to help spark new friendships, and Beyond the Buckle, a therapist-led conversation about competition, confidence, and remembering why we dance.
And of course, come ready for our theme days and parties! Friday kicks things off with our End of Summer Jungle Party, Saturday brings Neon Cowboy followed by our Black Light Glow After Party, and Sunday is your chance to Rep Your Hoedown Gear.
