Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood will celebrate the flavors and culinary traditions of Latin America with Sabores de las Américas, taking place Saturday, Nov. 14, 2026, starting at 7:30 at the Hollywood Tower Pool. Inspired by the vibrant food cultures that define the region, Sabores de las Américas invites guests on a journey where every dish tells a story, and every flavor reflects the heritage and passion of its people. Guests must be 21+ to attend. A portion of ticket sales will be donated to a local charity.
From Cuban favorites and Peruvian specialties to Mexican street tacos and Venezuelan cuisine, Sabores de las Américas will showcase the flavors that connect South Florida’s Latin communities. Participating businesses will represent Brazil, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Peru and Venezuela, complemented by wines from Chile and Argentina.
Participating restaurants include:
• Brazil: MTB Top Burgers.
• Cuba: Sala’o Cuban Restaurant & Bar; Old’s Havana Cuban Bar & Cocina; El Cuban Diner; Ciao Havana Steakhouse; Sergio’s and Vicky Bakery.
• Dominican Republic: El Tiesto Café.
• Mexico: Street Tacos from Seminole Classic Casino.
• Peru: Bravo Peruvian Kitchen.
• Venezuela: El Punto Gourmet.
The culinary lineup will also feature Abiaka, Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood’s signature wood-fired grill restaurant, along with the winner of the Florida International University Pig Roast Series, Florida Dairy Farmers and many more
Beverage participants include San Matías Tequila from Mexico, Diplomático Rum from Venezuela, Foley Family Wines from Argentina, Concha y Toro wines from Chile and Bacardi.
The event will also spotlight local restaurants and entrepreneurs, celebrating the small businesses that help drive South Florida’s economy.
Sabores de las Américas builds on Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood’s Latin-focused culinary and entertainment programming, offering guests another way to experience the cultures and traditions reflected throughout South Florida.
