About this Event
🌟 HEY SAATHI IRVING IS BACK WITH ANOTHER POWERFUL CONVERSATION! 🌟
And this time, we're exploring something many of us have experienced but may not always recognize:
💭 Keeping the Peace or Lose Yourself?
How often do we call something “keeping the peace” when, in reality, we're avoiding an uncomfortable truth? Sometimes we stay quiet because we don't want to hurt someone. Sometimes to avoid an argument, judgment, rejection, or being labeled “difficult.” And sometimes, we've been silent for so long that we no longer know how to speak up for ourselves.
But when does keeping the peace come at the cost of losing ourselves? 💛
Join us for an honest conversation about relationships, boundaries, people-pleasing, difficult conversations, and finding our voice without losing our connection to others.
📍 Panera Bread | Irving
💫 Facilitated by Shruti Sharma and Hema Ghuznavi
SAATHI means friend, companion, or partner, and that spirit is at the heart of our circles. 🫶🏽 Hey SAATHI is a SAFE, confidential, and nonjudgmental space where we can talk about the things we don't always have a place to talk about.
This isn't about choosing between silence and confrontation. It's about listening, reflecting, learning from one another, and asking ourselves:
✨ How do we learn to speak honestly without turning honesty into a weapon?
Whether you’re a parent, young adult, partner, sibling, auntie, uncle or simply someone who connects with the conversation... you are welcome here!
Come for the conversation. Stay for the connection. Leave with something to think about. 💛
📌 Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can begin on time, and share this circle with someone who may benefit from the conversation.
New season. Real conversations. Same SAFE space. 🌿
Together, we listen. Together, we grow. Together, we rise… one conversation at a time.
