White Lotus is an RYS200 School registered with Yoga Alliance. We embrace multiple styles of Yoga at White Lotus. Your training will be well-rounded and cover: Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Slow Flow and Yin as well as Aerial Yoga, Meditation and Balance Within.
