Whether your goal is to become a certified yoga instructor or to deepen your personal practice, this 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training offers a comprehensive, supportive, and transformational experience.
Over the course of this training, you'll develop a strong foundation in the philosophy, practice, and art of teaching yoga. Through expert instruction, hands-on experience, and a welcoming community, you'll gain the knowledge and confidence to share yoga safely and authentically.

This is a 9 Month Weekend Program that meets 1 weekend per month. Dates of training are:

Hours of training are Friday evening 6pm-10pm, Saturday's and Sunday's 9am-6pm.
