What if the wisdom you're seeking is already within you? 💫Running with Horses is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and explore a deeper relationship with yourself through the powerful presence of horses.
Over the course of nine months, you'll join a small group of individuals who are committed to personal growth, self-discovery, and authentic connection. Through equine-guided experiences, reflection, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and community, you'll be supported in developing a deeper understanding of yourself and the patterns that shape your life.
No horse experience is necessary—only curiosity, openness, and a willingness to show up for yourself.
Through this journey, you will:
• Develop deeper awareness of your body, emotions, and patterns
• Learn to attune to yourself and others
• Practice vulnerability with healthy boundaries
• Build grounding tools for everyday life
• Strengthen your intuition and inner trust
