The Running Channel Podcast x On teaming up to welcome you to a special in person running efficiency workshop hosted at On's Spitalfields Store.

Make sure you book now as there is limited spaces!

The evening will start with an introduction to the running efficiency workshop, where we'll give you top tips to focus on during our social run.

Afterwards, we'll be hitting the streets of Spitalfields to put our tips into action where you can also take part in an On shoe trial.

Heading back to the store there will be a discussion about running efficiency with Andy & Rick who will also lead a Q&A to answer your questions.

Expect the usual mix of science, banter and good vibes running chat with a Q&A from the audience. Make sure you grab your ticket so you don't miss out!

Check-in with your barcodes from 18:45, we'll then head out on the 5k run before returning to the store for a live workshop at 20:00.
