Join us for our next Runner's World Club meet-up - a pre-marathon shakeout run in partnership with lululemon, on Thursday 23 April at 6:30pm at House of Hearst (30 Panton Street, London, SW1Y 4AJ).
Expect a relaxed, leg-loosening 5k run followed by an informative Q&A with Editor-in-Chief of Runner's World UK Andy Dixon, and lululemon ambassadors Andre Coggins and Jennifer Mannion. They’ll share expert advice on how to prepare physically, mentally and logistically in the final days before race day, along with practical tips to help you execute your perfect marathon.
Taking place just days before the London Marathon, this session is designed to help participants feel confident, prepared and race-ready!
After the run, you'll be treated to delicious post-run refreshments and snacks, to bring your energy levels back up. After the Q&A, you'll be able to take part in 5-min pop-up sessions to maximise your marathon preparation, including physio, massages and taping stations!
Plus, you'll also receive a goodie bag at the event, worth £50, and a lululemon t-shirt worth £48 to wear on the run - see below for more information!
