Run to the WaterThis Veterans Day, SOL and @harboursiderunclub are coming together to honor our veterans and first responders through movement, connection, and the healing power of water.
9 Saturday, Nov 21 | Carlin Park, Jupiter
10:30 AM: 30-minute beach run (all paces welcome)
11:00 AM: Aquatic & surf therapy with mindfulness, yoga, surfing, and paddleboarding.
No experience needed!
Everyone is welcome! Free to attend with a suggested $50 donation.
All proceeds support our veteran and first responder programs.
