About this Event

Charlotte Running Company with the valued support of the Ladies of Morning. Run Club Present: A Conversation on Women’s Safety & Allyship

Join us on March 23rd for a powerful discussion on the challenges women face daily and the role men can play in fostering change. This event will feature a keynote conversation with Madina Alam, Licensed Mental Health Therapist, and Heather Taylor, Victim/Witness Specialist, as they explore issues like misogyny, safety, and societal expectations.

We’ll also network with the women of Morning. Run Club as they share their experiences, providing an opportunity for our running community to reflect, listen, and take action. Together, we can work toward a safer, more equitable space for all runners. Change starts with us.
