Join lululemon Ambassadors Alex and Leslie for Run, Flow & Joe, a free community event bringing together running, yoga, and everyone's favorite post-workout reward: coffee!
We'll start with a relaxed 20–30 minute group run, followed by 30 minutes of yoga hosted at Yen Yoga inside the Delamar to stretch and reset. Please arrive at 6:45am to be ready to begin at 7:00am. Afterward, stick around for coffee, connection, and something extra for your practice powered by lululemon.
Whether you're a seasoned runner, a first-time yogi, or somewhere in between, you're welcome here. All paces, all levels, all bodies.
