About this Event
The Run Fit Crew invites the Bowie community and those in surrounding areas to join us for a group run. We do not run the entire time! We do not walk the entire time! This run is a run/walk interval style workout designed for those with a beginner fitness level. The run will be led by RRCA certified run coach, Army Veteran and Bowie resident, Coach Patricia.
We will meet at the Northridge Park located at 12501 Quintette Lane. We will stretch, warm-up and head out for a run.
For safety reasons, please do not bring any small children in strollers or pets. All attendees must be at least16 years old. There may be some uneven terrain, sidewalk and street navigation. All attendees will be required to sign a liability waiver to participate. This evevnt may be cancelled due to inclement weather and rescheduled for a later date.
There is no guaranteed access to restroom facilities. However, there are nearby businesses that may or may not allow access.
Cold bottled water will be provided for attendees.
