BC FITNESS RUCK + RUN Club London is launching its first free outdoor fitness session at Wimbledon Park.
This unique session combines running, rucking (weighted walking), and functional training to help you build strength, endurance, and discipline in a supportive group environment.
Whether you're new to fitness or already active, this session is designed to challenge you at your own level.
🔥 What You’ll Do
- Warm-up and mobility work
- 5KM group run (paced for all levels)
- Rucking with weighted backpacks
- Strength and conditioning exercises using your pack
- Team-based finish to build motivation and community
🎒 What to Bring
- A backpack (rucksack)
- Add around 2-4kg weight (books, water bottles, etc.)
- Comfortable running shoes
- Water
