Sunday, November 15th at 2:00 PM, Rum X Roti returns to Baltimore with a new dessert theme: Rum X Roti: Dulce!
Rum meets roti meets rhythm: Baltimore’s most flavorful night out returns with a dessert‑driven twist. Rum X Roti: Dulce isn’t your typical tasting event. It’s a full sensory experience where premium rum, elevated Caribbean cuisine, sweet island treats, and live Caribbean sound collide in one unforgettable night.
Rum Tastings : Local & Global
Sample pours from Maryland’s own distillers alongside internationally recognized rum brands. This curated tasting lineup highlights homegrown craft right next to global favorites, giving you a true spectrum of Caribbean‑inspired rum culture.
Duty Free: Shop, Sip, Take It Home
Find a rum you love? With our signature Duty Free program, you can purchase your favorite bottles right on‑site. We’ll bag and tag them, hold them securely, and have them ready when you’re heading out — no juggling bottles while you enjoy the night.
Rotis, Reimagined
Our iconic roti: the dish that inspired the entire series , gets a fresh, non‑traditional twist. Choose from innovative offerings (such as our Pineapple Jerk Shrimp!). (Rotis are not included with general admission)
Dulce introduces a lineup of Caribbean‑inspired desserts, pastries, confections, and sweets designed to complement the rum tastings and cocktails. Expect tropical flavors, warm spices, and creative takes on classic island treats.
Elevated Cocktails & Mocktails
Beverage strategy by CAnE Collective’s CAnE Mixers, serving rum cocktails crafted to complement the Dulce theme. Mocktails and water options are available,everyone deserves a great drink in hand.
Caribbean Vibes & Sounds
Vibes courtesy of a stacked DJ lineup, headlined by DJ Jel — SiriusXM’s Program Director for the Soca Channel, curator of Tuff Soca Radio, three‑time FETELIST Soca DJ of the Year, and a performer who has shared stages with Machel Montano, Kes The Band, and more.
