Come wander a lineup of local food and craft vendors, pick up something handmade, grab a bite, and spend the public holiday outdoors with the family. Bring your chairs, umbrellas, and a picnic blanket, grab a spot, and settle in for the music, the activities, and all the sights and sounds of the day. It's the kind of easy day out the West Rand has been missing.
Best part, entry is R40 per car, not per person. So load up the family, grab the neighbours, whoever fits, everyone's in for the price of one.
This is just the start too. From here, Ruimsig Market becomes a monthly fixture on the last Sunday of every month, so if the 24th doesn't work, there's always next month.
