Our Friday Long Run Series was created to help our community work toward bigger goals together.
Some of us are training for Kodiak in October, with distances from 21K all the way to 100K. Others are building for marathons, half marathons, or simply trying to add a longer run into their week with more consistency.
We start at 4:00 AM for a reason.
Miami gets hot fast, and Fridays still come with work, life, and everything else the day brings. This gives us a window to get the miles in early, stay consistent, and keep building with the pack.
This is not a race.
It is a steady, self-supported long run.
Place: Cartagena Park
Meet-up: 4:00 AM
Distance: 10+ miles
Pace: steady / self-supported
Lights or reflective gear required.
Bring enough hydration and fuel for the full route.
