📣 **Sharing for RRISD Community Awareness**I’m not organizing or facilitating this event, but I wanted to make sure more families and community members knew about this RRISD-created focus group on student technology and AI.
This is an opportunity to hear more about what RRISD currently has in place, learn about the district’s thinking around the future use of technology and AI, ask questions, and share your perspective.
The discussion will be facilitated by Dr. Autumn Powell, Director of Instructional Technology, and will look at RRISD’s current practices for student technology use and opportunities to improve how technology is integrated throughout the school day.
The conversation will include what’s working, what isn’t, and how devices, digital platforms, and AI are shaping students’ and educators’ daily experiences.
If this is something you care about, come listen, learn, use your voice, and be part of the discussion about where RRISD goes from here.
