📢 All aboard for a weekend of model trains, railroad history, and hands-on fun at the History Museum of Mobile!
Royal Street Railway: Model Trains & More! will feature at least seven operating model railroad layouts, historic railroad artifacts from the museum’s collection, and interactive educational activities for children and families. We will also be hosting National Model Railroad Association clinics in the museum classroom for those who are interested in getting started building their own model trains or learning new techniques (see schedule below).
Whether you are a lifelong train enthusiast or introducing a little engineer to the world of railroads, this special weekend offers something for visitors of all ages.

Saturday, September 19: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Sunday, September 20: 1:00–5:00 p.m.

3:00 pm - 4:00 pm - "Modeling with Design Preservation Models"
