This special and intimate dinner will take place at Kukui’s Restaurant, just steps from Kalapaki Bay on October 2, 2026. Royal Sonesta Kauai Resort is proud to partner with Lydgate Farms on this menu to not only highlight their chocolate, but their honey as well.

Kauai’s fall season looks a little different than the changing colors of the mainland, so we wanted to highlight a local harvest to help Kauai residents and visitors get into the spirit of the season while supporting local.
The menu was carefully curated by Royal Sonesta Kauai Resort Executive “Chef Rey” Jhonny Montemayor, a multi-award-winning culinary craftsman. He earned the 2015 Mission Innovate 2nd place Brilliant Leaders award, the 2015 and 2017 Kauai Coffee Chef cook-off, and was a Marriott Master of the Craft hotel winner. He has also dedicated more than 17-years of his life with the KCC Culinary Student internship program and has supported community service events for more than 15-years including HLTA’s Annual Charity Walk and the Taste of Hawaii.
Outside of the kitchen, guests will enjoy insights from special guest speaker Certified Sommelier Adam Lacagnina. A complimentary Lydgate Farms gift will be provided at the end of the night to attendees.
