📜 Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to The Royal Otaku Ball, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
🎟️ Tickets & Refunds
- All ticket purchases are final. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by AnimeGirlsOnline or a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
- Tickets are subject to availability, and spaces are limited.
- Tickets must be purchased through the official Eventbrite page.
- Any membership discounts must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be applied retrospectively.
- Discount codes are intended only for eligible members and must not be shared or used by anyone who does not qualify.
- Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain without permission from AnimeGirlsOnline.
⏰ Arrival & Attendance
Doors open at 6:00 PM. We encourage all attendees to arrive promptly to enjoy the full experience.
Late arrivals may miss scheduled activities, entertainment or dining experiences.
Refunds or compensation will not be provided for activities missed due to late arrival, except where required by law.
Please have your Eventbrite ticket or booking confirmation ready upon arrival.
Attendees must follow reasonable instructions from the AnimeGirlsOnline team and venue staff.

AnimeGirlsOnline is dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for women and girl-identifying individuals.
- All attendees are expected to treat fellow guests, organisers, performers and venue staff with kindness and respect.
- Harassment, bullying, discrimination, intimidation or inappropriate behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.
- All attendees must adhere to AnimeGirlsOnline's community Code of Conduct.
- Any behaviour that compromises the safety or enjoyment of others may result in removal from the event without a refund, where legally permitted.
- Please respect the personal boundaries and consent of other attendees at all times.
📸 Photography & Filming
- Photography and videography may take place during the event for AnimeGirlsOnline's social media, website and promotional materials.
- If you would prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform a member of the organising team upon arrival.
- We ask all attendees to respect others' wishes regarding photography and filming.
- Please obtain consent before taking or sharing close-up photographs or videos of other attendees.
🍽️ Food, Drink & Dietary Requirements
- A sit down dining experience is included as part of the evening.
- Attendees will be asked to communicate any dietary requirements or allergies in advance.
- While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs, specific requirements cannot be guaranteed without prior confirmation.
