Welcome to the Rotary Poker Run for Polio! Join us for a fun-filled day driving to various pit stops where we’ll be raising funds to help eradicate polio as well as local initiatives. Come out and enjoy the beautiful fall scenery and support a crucial cause. Let’s do this together to make a difference for our “End Polio Now” annual campaign and have a whole lot of fun!

Kempenfelt Rotary is hosting our annual Polio event to support Rotary International in the eradication of Polio around the world as well as local initiatives.
Saturday October 17th 2026
- 12:00 noon registrants will meet at the "starting line" at Traditions Banquet Hall at 142 John Street in Barrie
- This is a Family friendly event so bring the whole family.
- You will drive to 5 exciting "pit stops" throughout Barrie and Area to collect a playing card to make the best poker hand. There will also be a fun activity to participate in at each Pit Stop.
- Thanks to our pit stop sponsor locations: North Swing Golf Lounge, Pickleplex Social Club, Vespra Hills Golf Club, Barrie Hill Farms and Bullseye Axe Throwing.
- 4:30-5:00pm registrants will cross the "finish line" at the Queen’s Hotel on Dunlop Street in downtown Barrie.
- There will be a light dinner and refreshments, followed by the Queen’s popular weekly live music performance.
- We will have a silent auction table and 50/50 draw at the event
Tickets are $50.00 per person - children 6-16 $20.00 and children under 6 are free.
