"Gay Lynne Inskeep is the founder of Petterson Writing and Publishing based in St. Petersburg, Florida. She is a freelance writer and the author of the Raisina Grape Mysteries children’s book series. Gay has lived in Florida since 1977 when her father retired from military service and moved the family to Pinellas County. She graduated from Boca Ciega High School, the University of South Florida (Tampa), and Stetson College of Law in Gulfport.Before starting her own publishing and writing company, she served in the Sixth Judicial Circuit court system (Pasco and Pinellas counties) for 35 years, retiring in 2022 as the Trial Courts Administrator. Since retiring, she has written and published three middle-grade children’s books with book four of the series in the works.
She has been married to her husband, Paul, for 40 years. They have three sons. She loves to spend time with her family and friends, volunteer in the community and in her church, read, take long walks, swim laps, travel, and of course, write and publish books!
