1. Entry & Dress Code Requirements
● Arrival Time: We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the venue to ensure seamless entry processing.
● Dress Code: Traditional attire is recommended for all attendees entering the playing area.
● Wristband Policy: Your wristband serves as your official ticket. Entry will strictly not be allowed without a valid wristband. Cut, stretched, or tampered wristbands will be declared invalid and denied entry.
● Rights of Admission: Rights of admission are reserved by the organizers, even for valid ticket holders. Re-entry strictly prohibited.
2. Security, Bag Policy & Prohibited Items
● Security Checks: Organizers reserve the right to perform security checks on all invitees and members of the audience at entry points for safety reasons. Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used offensively or dangerously, or carrying out illegal activities, are subject to search.
● Bag Policy: No oversized backpacks are allowed inside the venue. There is NO storage/cloakroom facility available at the event. Only small purses and wallets are permitted.
● Substance Policy:
○ Consumption, possession, and sale of illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
○ No entry will be permitted to any person under the influence of alcohol or any illegal substances.
● Ejection Policy: Organizers reserve the right, without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission or eject anyone found in breach of these terms and conditions.
3. Ticketing, Payments & Refund Policy
● Handling Fees: An internet handling fee per ticket may be levied by the ticketing platform. Please review the total amount prior to payment.
● Non-Refundable Policy: Purchased tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances once the artist has performed on stage, regardless of the reason.
● Event Postponement: If the event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, tickets shall remain valid for the rescheduled future date and will not be eligible for a refund.
● Prohibition of Resale: Black marketing is strictly prohibited by law. Unlawful resale of a ticket will lead to immediate seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or compensation.
4. Venue Facilities & Consumption
● Food & Beverages: Food and beverages are available inside the venue on a paid basis. Organizers and AllEvents accept no responsibility or liability for any health issues or negative effects resulting from food items or beverages consumed at the venue.
● Parking Risk: Parking near or at the venue premises is strictly at the vehicle owner's risk. Neither the Organizers nor AllEvents hold responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft of vehicles within the parking area.
5. Limitation of Liability
Neither the Organizers, nor any of their agents, officers, and employees, nor AllEvents shall be held responsible or liable for any personal injury, damage, theft, losses, or costs suffered at or as a result of the event or any part thereof. Attendees are advised to carry only necessary items and maintain full responsibility for their personal belongings.
6. Media Consent & Publicity Rights
By holding a ticket and attending the event, the ticket holder hereby grants the Organizers and AllEvents the irrevocable right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of any recordings, video footage, or photographs taken of the holder's appearance or crowd footage across all media platforms globally for broadcast, advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes.
