Welcome to the first folk herbalism workshop , a beautiful rose ceremony ! A venture into the beautiful frequency of the rose! Representing self care, compassion, love , heart opening warmth , remembering union and also discernment ! We will come to circle with a rose ( provided ) ground in and relax with some gentle guided somatic moving meditation , deep breathing and mindfulness, tuning into the frequency of the rose and the energetic exchange ! We will have a rose water blessing setting our intentions , then sit with some rose tea and mindfully drink while feeling into how the rose is connecting with you . Ending with some rose salt making and a gentle grounding sound meditation with chimes drums, singing bowls and Vioce alchemy
Snacks embedded with rose will be available
Bring blankets pillows , comfy clothing , mats anything for comfort
Water to stay hydrated
Sound uses water to heal so hydration is important
