Rosaway is a contemporary Disco Funk Jazz duo from Paris, France, captivating audiences with their unique blend of electronic sounds, soulful vocals, and live instruments, including flute and drums. Founded by visionary musicians, Rosaway is a sonic exploration that bridges modern electronic music with the iconic sounds of the 80s, drawing influences from legends like Donna Summer and Rick James.
The duo consists of Rachel Ombredane, a classically trained flutist and vocalist with a degree in musicology. She has worked as a backing vocalist for Ed Sheeran and Jain and is a leading figure in electro-acoustic flute internationally. Stéphane Avellaneda is an internationally acclaimed drummer who toured over 35 countries as the official drummer for Ana Popovic. He has shared the stage with legends like Jonny Lang, BB King, and Buddy Guy, and was named one of the TOP 5 Blues Drummers in 2015.
