Come out and join us at 10:30AM on Saturday, October 24th, 2026, as we welcome author Dr. Jeanne Theoharis for a documentary film screening and talk on "The Rebellious Life of Mrs. Rosa Parks." This insightful discussion will examine Mrs. Parks' lifetime of activism not just her arrest and the resulting Montgomery Bus Boycott. A limited number of books will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The event is generously sponsored by Alabama Humanities Alliance and is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will follow.
