Simulator Riding Session on Apollo the simulator at Cote Hill Riding Centre in County Durham, DH7 6TTSaturday 14th of November
Sessions can be 30 minutes (335) or 45 minutes (£45).
Sessions starting at 11am, however if this time does not suit you please email me on [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate the preferred time.
Joanne Forster is a Centered Riding level 3 Clinician, BHSAI, UKCC coach and yoga teacher; Using Apollo the Riding Simulator at Cote HiIl Riding Centre based in Durham Joanne focusses on rider balance, bio-mechanics, position and awareness. Apollo has been part of the team for 10 years and during this time has helped Joanne to help many riders to improve their riding bio-mechanics, balance and awareness. Sessions are informative and structured to help riders make lasting changes to their riding. The beauty of 'Apollo' is he is a stationary horse who remains in the required gait whilst Joanne can make adjustments to a rider's position and use of bio-mechanics whilst in motion, he is surrounded by full length mirrors enabling riders to see and feel the changes.
An active rider and trainer herself Joanne is classically trained, has studied Centered Riding for 24 years since embarking on working through the instructor and clinician levels and has enjoyed competing in many disciplines over the years, she is currently enjoying producing her homebred horses and enjoying some grassroots level eventing and British Dressage. The mental and physical welfare of the horse is at the forefront of her training approach.
