We are a self-supported peer group of Mums with pre-school and school-aged children. Just fellow parents walking the same path.
Roots is designed to be there for us as we navigate our own parenting journeys while supporting each other. It’s a safe non-judgement space for us to come together and:

☕ Share our worries without judgment
❤️ Resonate with each other's experiences
Self-support groups help us overcome struggles on our own time. Inspired by this concept, Roots adapted traditional 12-step principles to support the unique needs of parents.
🚗Parking: Park at 'The Hub' and look for the sign.
📍Venue: 7pm-9pm St Matthew’s Church (it is just our lovely venue!)
☕Cuppa and bite provided.
