About this Event
Join Billy Harding & Nicole Wilde in this unique collaboration for an immersive experience of music, movement and sound — creating space to step away from everyday life, reconnect with yourself and simply be present.
We’ll begin with a gentle opening circle, giving everyone the opportunity to arrive, connect and share if they wish. There is absolutely no pressure to speak — you’re welcome to simply listen and be part of the space.
From there, we’ll move into an ecstatic dance journey, carefully curated by the DJ to take you through a diverse range of sounds and rhythms. Expect everything from world music, Arabic house, reggae and drum & bass to ambient sounds and unexpected musical moments.
There’s no choreography and no right or wrong way to dance. You don’t need any dance experience — simply allow the music to guide you and move in whatever way feels natural. Zero pressure & fully inclusive... if you want to sit and tap your feet along go right ahead!
As the energy of the dance settles, we’ll transition into a guided meditation and sound bath, creating an opportunity to slow down, turn inward and deeply relax while being immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations.
We’ll then come together for a closing circle — another opportunity to share reflections or simply listen. Sharing is completely optional; there is no expectation to speak.
