Every fall the trees let go and somehow look their most beautiful. Let's join them.
Kick off your shoes, slip on the glowing silent-disco headphones and move with the music in the grass. Dance, sway, or just sit and listen. Blindfolds optional. Move as much or as little as you want. It's supposed to be fun.
The plan:
9–10 AM: optional hike/walk. Meet at Pavilion 6
10:30 AM: silent disco in the park
Breathwork to close, or lie back in the grass and watch the clouds
Hang out after with snacks + good people (we wrap at 12:30)
Bring: a towel or mat, water, and clothes you can move in. Barefoot welcome.
Heads up: Piney Run charges a car entrance fee at the gate ($6 if you live in Carroll County, $12 if not). It's separate from your ticket. Carpooling = one fee 😉
