A four-hour embodied experience with Awake & Liberate
An intimate afternoon for women to put down what they carry, return to their bodies, and remember the woman underneath all the roles.

As the days darken and nature begins to draw inward, ROOTED WOMAN is an invitation to step away from the constant noise of everyday life and move with the season rather than against it.
We’ll begin together with Blue Lotus Visionary Tea, creating a gentle ritual to arrive, settle and open our afternoon.
From there, Amy & Lorna will guide you through a carefully held embodied journey weaving together:
• Opening circle & guided meditation• Somatic movement & nervous-system practices• Solo exploration & partner work• Connection, reflection & integration• A deeply restorative sound journey• A beautiful grazing board to close and ground together
This isn’t about becoming a more healed, feminine or spiritual version of yourself.
It’s about coming home to the woman who is already there.
There is no emotional performance required. You don’t need to arrive with something to “release”, and you never have to share anything you don’t want to.
Every practice is an invitation. You remain completely in choice throughout.
We make room for the whole woman here.
