WHY THIS DAY EXISTS
Every community has people it leans on. Some run companies. Some run classrooms, kitchens, teams, or the group chat that keeps 40 people connected. What they share: they work on themselves, and they care how the people around them are doing.
Rooted Together is one day for those people. The premise is simple. A community gets stronger when the people it leans on know themselves well and can talk with each other honestly.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Practical tools for staying steady under pressure. Short guided practices you can use before a hard meeting or a hard conversation.
Structured one-on-one conversations with questions that go past small talk. You'll leave knowing a few people well.
Communication skills you can use Monday morning.
A moderated fireside conversation with four local leaders on what it takes to lead here right now.
Games that get people moving and laughing.
A full catered lunch and an hour with nothing scheduled, on purpose.
THE FIRESIDE PANEL
Gabriel Basque, leadership coach, founder of Basque Leadership Group, author of Start with Love
Leon Baker, Executive Director, Harvest House Atlantic

WHO IT'S FOR

Everything is an invitation. Sit out anything that isn't for you.
