The evenings will blend guided plant spirit ceremony with a mystical sound journey, followed by nature crafting. Each offering is a gentle invitation to slow down, reconnect with the natural world and explore the unique spirit and medicine of a seasonal plant.
Each month we’ll gather around a different plant learning about its traditional uses and qualities while experiencing its presence through a gentle plant spirit ceremony and tea, guided by Dayna. We’ll then journey more deeply through guided sound, song, meditation and intuitive connection, allowing the plant and the season to inspire us in our own way.
From this shared experience, we’ll move into a seasonal nature craft with forager Hayley, working with natural and foraged materials to create something inspired by the plant and the time of year.
Every evening will be different, shaped by the plant, the season and the elements bringing together plant connection, sound and song healing, creativity and community.
These evenings are a space to pause, listen and become curious about the natural world around us, while discovering simple ways to bring the wisdom and beauty of plants into our everyday lives.
21st October — Mugwort Dream Weaving 🌙🌿
For October, we journey with Mugwort, a mysterious and beautiful plant traditionally associated with dreams, intuition, protection and the unseen realms.
We’ll begin by gently meeting Mugwort through a plant-spirit ceremony and sipping a soothing Mugwort tea, learning about some of its uses. Dayna will then guide you into a dreamy sound and song journey, allowing the sounds, vibrations and presence of the plant to take you inward and awaken your own intuition and imagination.
Our journey will then flow into a beautiful seasonal craft with forager Hayley, where we’ll create our own Mugwort dream pillows, working with natural and foraged materials. We’ll weave intention, scent and creativity together to make something personal to take home, a little companion for the dreamtime and the darker evenings of autumn.
An evening of Mugwort, dreams, sound, song, nature and creativity, offering a chance to slow down, turn inward and embrace the magic of the season.
