Join One Wellness Ottawa for the return of the Rooted in Wellness Festival, a vibrant one day gathering held at the beautiful Rideau Pines Farm. After a hugely successful festival last year, we’re thrilled to welcome the community back for another immersive day of connection, healing, creativity, and celebration.

Move freely and expressively during an activating ecstatic dance journey guided by DJ Drez Slezak, bringing rhythm, depth, and powerful musical flow to the dance space.
🎵 Kirtan & Sacred Sound
Immerse yourself in the heart-opening vibrations of sacred chanting and devotional sound.
🎨 Creative Corner
Engage your creative spirit with hands-on art and soul-inspired offerings throughout the day.
🛍️ Vendor Village
Explore a curated village of vendors offering wellness products, healing services, and conscious offerings from local practitioners and creators.
🌌 Evening Atmosphere: Fireflies & Bonfire
If you choose to stay later into the evening, you’re more than welcome to do so. As the day gently transitions into night, enjoy the magic of the Firefly Fields, where countless fireflies illuminate the land, creating an enchanting and memorable atmosphere.
🔥 A bonfire gathering will be available in the evening, offering a cozy, grounding space to connect, reflect, and unwind under the stars.
🍴 Food & Farm Offerings
🚚 Gourmet Food by Arlington Five
Food for the festival will be provided exclusively by Arlington Five (five spelled out).
Once the menu is finalized, you’ll have the option to pre-purchase meals as an add-on after ticket purchase. This helps reduce food waste and ensures a smooth and nourishing festival experience.
