Join us for this 1-day retreat where we will begin with a grounding exercise, release any stored trauma or unresolved emotions through movement, receive healing energy through different modalities, enter into a deep meditative state to retrieve ancestral wisdom, discuss ways that you can grab the reigns of this year’s firehorse energy to propel you forward into the next stage of your life’s journey. The day will end with intention setting followed by a cacao ceremony.
Some of the healing modalities that will be provided include; Reiki, guided movement through the SAH Method, EFT (emotional freedom technique) tapping, and Jin Shin Jyutsu.
Come ready to release and receive.

*Breakfast items and beverages will be provided.
*Lunch will not be provided however the Troy Farmer’s market is within walking distance along with several restaurants close by.
*Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and anything else you feel you may need. If you do not have a yoga mat, please let us know as we have a limited number of extras.
