A Hammock Sound Bath Experience

Close your eyes for a second.
You're lying in a hammock. The air is warm. String lights are strung through the trees above you. The river is nearby, just close enough to feel it.
And then the sound begins.
Not music exactly. Something older. Something your body recognizes even if your mind doesn't have a word for it. Bowls, vibration, frequency — washing over and through you in waves. Your shoulders drop. Your jaw unclenches. Somewhere in the middle of it, you stop thinking entirely.
And then there's fire. And people gathered around it. And the kind of conversation that only happens after you've been through something together.
That's Rooted in Sound.
WHAT IS THIS EXPERIENCE?
Rooted in Sound is an outdoor hammock sound bath held in the wellness yard at Cubehouse — dockside, under the trees, under the night sky. This is not a studio class. There is no instructor giving cues, no poses to hold, no way to do it wrong.
You come in carrying everything. You leave having put most of it down.
The evening unfolds in three movements:
Before/After the sound bath — 10-Minute UNiCUBE Sessions
Arrive early and experience the UNiCUBE — our patented solid cedar sonic vibration pod, the only one in North America, exclusively available at Cubehouse in Melbourne, FL. Research shows it supports nervous system regulation, bone density, blood circulation, and blood pressure normalization. Ten minutes inside and your body is already in a completely different state before the sound bath even begins. This combination — vibration first, sound after — is one of the most deeply restorative sequences we offer. Available as a $10 add-on with your hammock or yoga mat ticket.
The Sound Bath
Suspended in a hammock or lying on your mat beneath the open sky, the sound moves through you. There is nothing to do. Nowhere to be. No performance required. Just receive.
Fire Circle After
When the last note settles, we gather. The fire is already going. There is no agenda — just the natural, unhurried conversation that emerges when people have been through something meaningful together and the night is still warm.
YOUR TICKET OPTIONS
🪢 HAMMOCK — $33
The signature experience. You'll be suspended in a hammock beneath the trees for the duration of the sound bath. Hammock spots are limited and this tier sells out first. If you want a hammock, don't wait.
🧘 YOGA MAT — $22
Lie under the stars on a yoga mat for the full sound bath and fire circle experience. All the sound, all the magic — same transformation, different vantage point.
⚡ ADD A UNICUBE SESSION — +$10
Arrive early and drop into a 10-minute UNiCUBE sonic vibration session before the sound bath begins. Highly recommended — the combination of vibration and sound is unlike anything else we offer. Must be added at checkout.
