Rooted In Rhythms a seasonal transition ceremony honoring the "Rooted In Rhythm" shift into autumn. Gathering in community, this powerful somatic practice combines ceremonial cacao, intuitive drumming, and mindful movement to help us ground, release, and align with nature's shifts.
The core elements of our practice will include:
- Ceremonial Cacao: A warm, lightly spiced, heart-opening elixir to foster gentle presence, boost circulation, and enhance emotional clarity.
- Intention Setting: A dedicated moment to set a personal focus tied to physical vitality or letting go.
- Intuitive Drumming & Rhythm: Utilizing structured and free-flowing drum and rattle rhythms to shift brainwaves, elevate energy, and facilitate deep personal release.
- Somatic Movement & Dance: Translating internal shifts into physical expression through intuitive shaking, stretching, dynamic dance, or yoga to release tension and integrate the energetic transition.
- Grounding & Integration: Quiet reflection, journaling, or a restorative savasana to anchor the energy and welcome warmth into the new cycle.
