About this Event
Rooted in Rage is an outdoor women's release ceremony built for the parts of us that don't get space in everyday life: the anger, the grief, the tension we carry in our bodies and never get to let go of.
You'll move through hands-on release stations — smashing, tearing, breaking — designed to help you physically discharge what words alone can't touch. We'll close together around a fire, burning what we broke, sharing cake and warm drinks, and dancing our way back into our bodies.
This is trauma-informed, held space. No experience necessary — just a willingness to show up as you are.
