But this isn't about standing in front of a mirror and repeating statements that don't feel true. Together, we'll explore how to create affirmations that feel personal, believable, empowering, and rooted in who you are becoming.
You will:
*Explore what makes an affirmation meaningful and authentic
*Identify the beliefs and messages you want to shift
*Learn how to create affirmations that actually resonate with you
*Reflect on the way you speak to yourself
*Create a card deck of a personalized collection of affirmations to take home
As the Full Moon illuminates what is ready to be seen, we'll use this gathering as an opportunity to claim your voice, honor yourself, and speak life into the person you are becoming.
