Before you extend yourself to everyone else this holiday season, spend a Friday night pouring into you!
Rooted in Her is an intimate women’s wellness experience designed to give you space to move, slow down, reconnect, and enjoy an intentional evening with other women.
Hosted by Daisha Nesbitt Pernell, Licensed Psychotherapist and Wellness Coach, and Alanna Gorham, Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Dance Teacher of Move with Lanna, this 2.5-hour experience brings together mental wellness practices, movement, mindful eating, and connection in one feel-good Friday night.

Attire: Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Shades of purple and white are encouraged but completely optional—come in whatever makes you feel comfortable and ready to participate.
