Rooted & Rising is a women’s circle for slowing down, coming back into your body, and spending a little time with the woman underneath all the doing.We’ll gather in a warm, intimate space for breath, grounding, guided meditation, reflection, meaningful conversation, and gentle somatic practices designed to help you settle your nervous system and reconnect with yourself.
There will be tea.
There will be quiet.
There will be room to laugh, cry, share, listen, or simply be.
You do not need to arrive feeling centered, peaceful, or put together.
Come exactly as you are.
This circle is an invitation to root back into yourself, and make a little more room for the parts of you that are ready to feel alive again.
